Check in is at 3 p.m. & Check
out is 2 p.m.
"What
is the square footage of each room? What size bed is in each
room?”
Bedroom #1 (queen-size bed) with attached
bath is 10x10.
Bedroom #2 (double bed) is 8x10.
Bedroom #3 (with 4 bunk beds) is 9x10.
The Great Room (includes living, dining and kitchen space)
is 24x19.
In addition to these rooms,
there is an additional full bath and utility room.
“Is
there a pet policy?”
Yes, no pets please.
"What
forms of payment is accepted? Do you have Gift Certificates?"
We accept cash and checks only. We regret
that we cannot accept either credit or debit cards at this
time. Gift certificates are available.
“What
is the policy for reservation? Is there a deposit required?
Is the deposit refundable?”
Reservations are required. The deposit
for a weekend rental is $125. The deposit for a weekly rental
is $200. The deposit is fully refundable if you notify us
of your cancellation 48 hours in advance of your arrival date.
“Is
there a VCR, DVD, or stereo available for the occupants?”
The large screen television has a satellite
dish, VCR and DVD. Music is available via the satellite dish.
There is not a separate stereo system. You
can bring your own DVDs or videotapes or borrow from our extensive
collection.
“Is
there a telephone available in the cottage?”
There is no telephone in the cottage.
“Can we fish in the ponds?”
Yes, fishing is allowed. The ponds contain
bass, catfish and sunfish. There is no charge for "catch
and release" fishing. If you want to keep your catch,
there will be an additional fee. There is a bait shop in Carmine.
You will need to bring your fishing gear.
